Its course through your veins,

are all a story told.


But taken out of context to fulfill other's fantasies,

Ugly looks, snarky words, baffle those that don't see.


The within often lacks to connect to the world.

Skin deep is as far as some are willing to dwell.

Fixated; to make up stories as they go.


But if only...

spoken words,

written thoughts; a connection from your soul,

could be made, by a glance.

Instead a dismissive ode, for their grandeur.


The beauty within,

radiates beyond our skin, deep,

and confuses their reality.
