Just Say It (or not)

Have you ever said hello, just to get a stone face back?

Would you just like to say, well forget you! right on back?

I've gone from anger to confusion, kind of stupid, let's suppose.

Are they so far up their asses?

The answer is yes and no.

Some are honestly rude, or just a hologram?

Others may have simply missed your words.


I've learned, through my years in the city, things are nitty gritty.

Everyone seems to think they should be first and you should be last.

Or I.

so instead, I'll say hello from within.
